Jordan O'Donnell is an experienced professional currently serving as the Intervention Claims Team Manager and Subject Matter Expert at Zurich Insurance since January 2021. In this role, Jordan supports offshore claims performance across motor, casualty, and property sectors, focusing on reducing indemnity costs and enhancing operational efficiency. Jordan leads improvement projects, develops automation capabilities, and conducts complex data analysis on claims performance. Previously, Jordan gained experience as a Claims Handler and Apprentice Claims Handler within the Motor Expert team. In addition to current responsibilities at Zurich, Jordan is a member of the IASG Young Professionals Committee at the Chartered Insurance Institute, fostering educational and networking opportunities for peers in the industry. Prior to these roles, Jordan served as Control Room Supervisor at Renfrewshire Cab Company, managing operations and customer service. Jordan holds a BA (Hons) in Social Sciences, Criminology with Politics from Glasgow Caledonian University.
