Jon Webster possesses extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as Head of SME and PL Portfolio at Zurich Insurance since October 2019, having previously held roles focused on SME underwriting and pricing. Prior to this, Jon was Head of Pricing at Trak Global Group from May 2016 to August 2019, where responsibilities included the development of pricing models and algorithms to optimize claims predictivity. Jon's career also includes positions at Allianz Insurance and Zurich Insurance, where analytical skills and contributions to portfolio management were key. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science (BSc Hons) in Mathematics and Physics from the University of Bristol and formal training from the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries.
