Jim Heintz has extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as the Middle Markets Underwriting Manager at Zurich Insurance since June 2010, overseeing operations in Southern California and Arizona. Throughout tenure at Zurich, Jim has held various roles, including Senior Middle Markets Underwriter and Business Development Leader, focusing on underwriting, agency relationships, and profitable growth strategies. Jim's career began with a robust foundation in the insurance sector as a Zurich Associate in 2010, following education at Santa Clara University where a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management was obtained. Prior to Zurich, Jim gained coaching experience at Salpointe High School.
