Harriet Conway ACII is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the insurance sector. Currently serving as the Head of Proposition and Digital Deployment at Zurich Insurance Company Ltd since October 2019, Harriet previously held various positions at Allianz Insurance, including Business Insight Manager and Customer Experience Manager for small and medium enterprises. Initially, Harriet developed foundational skills as a Corporate Management Trainee Graduate at Allianz and a Summer Intern prior to that. Educationally, Harriet holds a 1st Class Honours degree in Industrial Economics from the University of Nottingham, achieved between 2009 and 2012. Early career experiences also include roles as a Retail Supervisor and Camp Counsellor, demonstrating diverse capabilities and a commitment to mentorship.
