Debra B. serves as the APAC Chief Underwriting Officer at Zurich Insurance Company Ltd since January 2019, bringing extensive expertise in underwriting and legal counsel from prior roles, including Head of Liabilities at AIG Singapore and Regional Commercial Lines Legal Counsel (APAC). At AIG, Debra managed one of the largest casualty portfolios in Singapore and contributed to product innovation in Financial Lines. Prior to AIG, Debra held positions such as Associate Director at ASL, where financial lines loss adjusting was a focus, and Senior Associate at Fisher Jeffries, specializing in commercial litigation related to banking and insolvency. Debra's educational background includes degrees in Law and Commerce from Flinders University, as well as qualifications in Insolvency Law and a solicitor qualification from the College of Law London.
