Alban Laloum possesses extensive experience in customer management and insurance, currently serving as Chief Customer Officer at Zurich North America since January 2022 and as Head of Customer, Distribution, Regional Management, and Marketing at Zurich Canada since October 2018. In addition, Alban has held the position of Global Broker Relationship Leader at Zurich Insurance Company Ltd since December 2013. Previous roles include Multinational Client Service Global Leader and Managing Director at Marsh & McLennan Companies, where responsibilities included leading risk management practices and multinational client services. Alban Laloum holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and received training at the Centre des Hautes Etudes d'Assurance from 1995 to 1996.
