Adri Permana has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. From 2003 to 2005, they worked at Link Communication, where they were involved in service development. In 2005, they joined PT Asuransi Adira Dinamika (Adira Insurance) and held multiple roles, including CRM Analyst, Contact Centre Department Head, Operation and Research Development Department Head, and National Operation Policy & Billing Division Head. During their tenure at Adira Insurance, they achieved significant milestones such as implementing RPA to improve efficiency, centralizing operational processes, and upgrading contact center systems. In 2020, Adri Permana joined Zurich Indonesia as the Head of Proposition Development and later became the Head of Claim Service & Excellence. In these roles, they led a team to develop customer-centric propositions, oversaw product development, and collaborated with various stakeholders to deliver innovative offerings. Notable achievements include developing travel insurance propositions and SME packages.
Adri Permana completed a Bachelor of Economic degree in Marketing from STIE Perbanas Kuningan from 1996 to 2001. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Information Technology from Bond University, spanning the years 2001 to 2002.
