Bowman Malpass has a diverse work experience spanning different companies and roles. They started their career as an Engineering Intern at PharmaJet, Inc in 2010. In 2011, they worked as an M&P Intern at Spirit AeroSystems. In 2012, they joined PowerPlan, Inc as a Consultant and later took on the role of Senior Consultant. They then became a Solution Architect and finally a Senior Solution Consultant, Sales.

Since 2019, Bowman has been working at Zuora. They started as a Senior Sales Engineer, Enterprise Accounts and later transitioned to the role of Senior Sales Engineer, Strategic Accounts. They then became a Principal Sales Engineer before assuming their current position as a Strategic Account Executive. Zuora's mission is to enable companies to be successful in the Subscription Economy.

Bowman Malpass attended Vanderbilt University from 2008 to 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering/Engineering Management.
