Avinash Kumar has over twelve years of work experience in various roles. Avinash joined Zuora in 2022 as a Solutions Architect. Prior to that, they worked at Cognizant from 2015 to 2022, where they served as a Manager from 2018 to 2022 and as a Senior Project Associate from 2015 to 2018. Before their time at Cognizant, they worked at TCS from 2009 to 2015, holding positions such as IT Analyst, Singl.eView designer, and Systems Engineer. Additionally, Avinash also had a role at TalkTalk as a billing ops lead from 2010 to 2013.

Avinash Kumar completed their education in Information Science at SIT Tumkur from 2005 to 2009. Prior to that, they attended Delhi Public School in Dhanbad, Jharkhand, India from 2003 to 2004, but the degree and field of study for that period are unknown. Additionally, Avinash has obtained several certifications, including Zuora Billing Certified Consultant and Zuora Billing Certified Analyst from Zuora in 2022, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in 2021, AZ-303 Microsoft Azure Architect Technologies, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, Revenue Assurance Foundation Level Exam, AI Foundation Level Exam, Application Framework (TAM) Foundation Level Exam, Business Process Framework (eTOM) Foundation Level Exam, and Open Digital Architecture Foundation Level Exam from TM Forum in 2021, Oracle Database 11g: Advanced PL/SQL and Oracle PL/SQL Developer from Oracle in 2015 and 2013 respectively, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure certifications including Oracle Cloud Infrastructure 2020 Certified Architect Associate, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure 2020 Certified Architect Professional, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure 2020 Certified Cloud Operations Associate, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Foundations 2020 Certified Associate in 2020.
