Amine EL QOUNS has a diverse work experience in the field of consulting and solutions architecture. Amine started their career as a TPAS BSCS Billing system consultant at Accenture in 2014. Amine then worked as an IT Consultant at NAGRA in 2014. In 2015, they joined Gfi Informatique as a BSCS Consultant, where they stayed until 2016. Amine then worked at Ericsson as a BSCS Consultant from 2016 to 2017, where they were involved in various projects related to customer care, rating, and billing. Amine then moved on to Orange as a Billing Consultant from 2017 to 2018. After that, they joined IVIDATA GROUP as an EAI/ESB Consultant from 2018 to 2019. Currently, Amine is working at Zuora as a Solutions Architect from 2019, where they have been responsible for providing solutions and consulting services.

Amine EL QOUNS has a diverse educational background. In 2011, Amine enrolled at the Institut National des Postes et Télécommunications, where they pursued a degree in Ingénieur d'Etat en Télécommunications et Technologies d'information. This program focused on Systèmes d'information pour le Management and was completed in 2014.

More recently, in 2022, Amine attended the Harvard Business School Online, specializing in Financial Accounting. This program provided further knowledge in the field of study and was completed within the same year.

Aside from their formal education, Amine has also obtained various certifications. In 2013, they acquired the ITIL V3 Foundation certification from EXIN your ICT competence partner. In 2018, they obtained the SCRUM MASTER ACCREDITED CERTIFICATION™ from the International Scrum Institute™. In 2019, Amine became a Zuora-Certified Business Analyst. Additionally, in 2020, they achieved Salesforce Administration Certification. In 2021, they completed the TOGAF® Certification Program offered by The Open Group. Lastly, Amine obtained the Zuora-Certified Consultant certification in 2021 and the Zuora Billing Delivery Architect Certification from Zuora University in 2023.
