Matteo Gherbin has extensive work experience in the field of pastry. Matteo began their career at Aspinalls Club Ltd in 2008 as Head Pastry Chef. From there, they worked as the Executive Pastry Chef at Loco Locale in 2011. Matteo then joined the Novikov Group as a Pastry Sous Chef in the same year, and remained with them until 2017. Following this, Matteo worked at Aqua Shard as the Head Pastry Chef until April 2018. Matteo then moved on to Enocteca Turi as a Pastry Chef for a few months before joining Zuma in November 2018, where they currently hold the position of Head Pastry Chef.
From 2013 to 2015, Matteo Gherbin attended the University of West London, where they pursued a foundation degree in Culinary Arts/ Pastry.
