Kiran Chettigari has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources. They started their career at Cyient in 2006 as an Assistant Manager HR, where they were responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes and handling multiple requirements. In 2014, they transitioned to Zulekha Hospital where they held various roles including Assistant Manager HR, Manager HR, Senior Manager HR, Deputy Director HR, and currently, Human Resources Director. In these roles, they have overseen group HR functions, focused on resource utilization and cost optimization, implemented HR strategies aligned with business goals, and collaborated with executive management and stakeholders to promote excellence and transformation. They have also been involved in talent development, succession planning, and implementation of HR information systems.

Kiran Chettigari attended the Indian Institute Of Business Management & Studies, where they obtained an Executive MBA degree in HRM. They also received a certification in Quality Aerospace Standards 9100 Rev: C from UL DQS India in 2012.
