Vincent Kwong has extensive experience in the electronics and engineering field, currently serving as the Applications Engineering Manager at Zuken since September 1997. In this role, Vincent leads a team that provides comprehensive technical support for CR-5000 and CR-8000 products, ensuring customer satisfaction and revenue maximization during pre-sales and post-sales stages. Responsibilities include preparing technical presentations, designing training courses, and managing team schedules while also offering consulting and hotline support. Prior to Zuken, Vincent worked as a PCB Layout Engineer at DataTrack Technologies from June 1995 to June 1997 and as a Technical Specialist at the Defense Science Organisation from June 1989 to June 1995, gaining experience in PCB design and fabrication using various industry-standard tools. Vincent holds an educational background from Singapore Polytechnic.
