Marcel Brunschwiler has over two decades of experience in usability consulting, interaction design, and user experience. Currently serving as a Principal Consultant at Zühlke Group since November 2011, Marcel specializes in usability consulting, collaboration solutions, and enterprise gamification. Previous roles include Lead Consultant focused on usability and requirements engineering, Senior Usability Specialist at Sunrise AG, and Business Analyst at UBS AG. Marcel also founded soultank AG, providing usability consulting for seven years, and worked as a scientist at the Institut für Hygiene und Arbeitsphysiologie. Marcel holds a diploma in Biology, Ergonomics, and Behaviour Sciences from ETH Zürich and furthered education in Human Factors.
