Jeroen Santens currently serves as the Global Process Lead for Workday at Zühlke Group since September 2022. Previously, Jeroen held various roles at Siemens from October 2017 to September 2022, including HR Systems Professional, Functional Lead for HR Service Center, and Consultant for HR Shared Services. Jeroen's experience also includes positions at Syngenta as Change Management & Global Learning Solution PM, GE as Learning Manager, and ALSTOM in multiple roles, including Learning Manager and Training Coordinator. Additionally, Jeroen worked as a PMO at Switch and as a Marketing Assistant Intern at AllTheContent.com. Jeroen holds several advanced qualifications in HR and change management from various institutions, including AKAD and HWZ University of Applied Sciences in Business Administration Zurich, and a Bachelor's degree in Office Management from HOWEST Hogeschool West-Vlaanderen.
