Monica Riflettuto has a diverse background in administrative and human resources roles. Currently serving as an HR Assistant at ZTE Italia since April 2019, Monica has extensive experience in supporting HR functions, including talent acquisition and employee training. Prior roles include General Support and Communication at Office Depot, where responsibilities included managing internal and external communications, travel arrangements, and HR support. Monica also worked as a Receptionist at Immobiliare Automobile Club Milano for over 14 years, providing customer service, appointment scheduling, and managing correspondence, as well as a brief period at Credit Suisse First Boston with similar receptionist duties. Educational qualifications include a Diploma di Maturità Linguistica from Istituto Magistrale Statale G. Agnesi and ongoing studies in Manage Consulting International and Birkbeck College.
