Yousaf Saleem is an experienced RF NPM Engineer with a focus on telecommunications projects, currently serving as a Senior RF NPM Engineer at ZTE Corporation since August 2015. Responsibilities include managing a team of six engineers, conducting network audits, monitoring OSS KPIs, and handling customer complaints. Previously, Yousaf held senior engineering roles at Huawei Technologies, where leadership of teams during LTE and CDMA projects involved comprehensive RF planning, optimization, and troubleshooting for various networks.
