Tom Shen is a board member at ZSuite Technologies. Prior to their current position, they were with BankiFi, Shastic, and Sensibill. Tom was also with Malauzai, A Finastra Company from June 2018 to December 2019 where they held the position of Advisor Monkey. From September 2010 to June 2018, they were with Malauzai Software, Inc. as their Chief Monkey. Other notable positions include being a Board Member for the Association for Financial Technology from September 2009 to September 2012 and being a Board Member for Mobilization Labs from March 2008 to January 2013. Their longest previous position was with Banker's Toolbox where they served as a Board Member from January 2005 to August 2015.

Tom Shen has a BA in Christian Ministries from The Master's University. Tom also attended Harrison-Chilhowee Baptist Academy, International School of Bangkok, Singapore American School, and Taipei Municipal Da'an High School.
