Kurt Howard is an experienced executive talent acquisition professional with a strong background in leading international executive searches. Currently serving as an Executive Search professional for Zscaler, Kurt also oversees a global Slack community for in-house executive talent acquisition professionals and provides career and executive coaching through meliorem coaching. Previous roles include Director of Executive Search at Winter Circle, Executive Search Lead for Slack at Salesforce, and positions at Workday, Sage, and ADP, where Kurt built in-house recruitment capabilities across various regions. Kurt holds a BSc (Hons) in Applied Psychology and an MSc in Occupational Psychology, with ongoing studies in Effective Coaching & Mentoring.
