Natalie Yiu is a seasoned Human Resources professional with over 17 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at ZS Hospitality Group since July 2022, Natalie oversees diverse HR functions within the corporate office and hospitality projects. Previously, Natalie held multiple roles at Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong, including Human Resources Officer, Human Resources Assistant, and Spa Concierge, contributing to various operational sectors such as rooms, housekeeping, and food and beverage. Natalie holds a Master of Business Administration from HKU Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Ryerson University.
