Paul Buers is an experienced professional in the field of social welfare and healthcare, currently serving as a strategic contract manager at Zozijn since February 2021. Prior to this role, Paul worked as a social domain advisor at BMC, focusing on transformative projects within the social domain from February 2020 to May 2022. Paul has also served as a policy advisor for the Social Domain (Wmo) at the Municipality of Zwolle from December 2014 to February 2020, where responsibilities included developing and implementing personal budgets and quality monitoring. Additional experience includes roles in community teams, data entry for care providers, and various positions in outdoor sports and therapy settings. Paul holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychomotor Therapy and Movement Agogics from Windesheim, along with a strong educational background in economics and welfare.
