Melita Mertens is an experienced coach with a diverse background, currently holding multiple coaching roles including Coach at Gemeente Hardinxveld-Giessendam, Coach Managementteam at OFGV and Zozijn, and Coach Managementteam Bestuursondersteuning at the Ministerie van Sociale Zaken en Werkgelegenheid, among others. With a Master’s degree in Gedragswetenschappen from the University of Amsterdam and various coaching certifications from institutions such as De Beuk and the School voor Coaching, Melita specializes in team coaching and management team support. Melita's extensive experience includes coaching roles across various organizations, focusing on leadership and team development since 2013.
