Ruby joined Zouk in 2022 as the Team Assistant to the Infrastructure Team. Ruby enjoys the varied nature of her role and keeping everyone organised.

Prior to joining Zouk, Ruby worked as a Team Secretary at a real estate development company.

In her spare time, Ruby can often be found at London’s various museums and galleries. Ruby is also an avid traveller with a passion for sustainable tourism.

She holds a BA in History from the University of Sussex with a particular interest in social and cultural history.
