Osman Ober is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in control systems and instrumentation. As the Engineering Projects Manager at Zotefoams since February 2017, Osman has successfully defined LV power distribution requirements and managed the design and commissioning of key process systems for a new production facility in Poland. Prior experience includes roles at Synthomer as a Control and Instrumentation Engineer, where Osman conducted reverse engineering and SIL assessments, and at GlaxoSmithKline, where Osman served as Pilot Plant Lead Engineer, overseeing maintenance engineering and enhancing plant reliability. Osman also contributed as a Project Manager and Lead C&I Engineer at GlaxoSmithKline, leading significant upgrades and expansion projects. Educational qualifications include an MSc in Control Systems from Imperial College and a BSc (Hons) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Birmingham.
