Elyse Jaeger is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in customer experience and design. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Experience Associate at HAAS Alert since June 2019, Elyse manages OEM and direct orders, oversees customer onboarding and renewals, and has successfully built a customer support department. Prior experience includes roles such as Account Manager and Owner/Head Designer at ElyseMichele Designs, Assistant Product Designer at Harley-Davidson Motor Company, and Technical Designer Assistant at The Bon-Ton Stores, Inc. Elyse's earlier positions ranged from technical design internships to sales associate roles, demonstrating a strong foundation in the retail and design sectors.
