Lauren Francois Howell is an experienced professional currently serving as a Senior Manager in Talent Management at the Defense Intelligence Agency since December 2016. Additionally, Lauren has been involved with Zora's Cradle since February 2023, holding the position of Secretary on the Board of Directors for a maternity program focused on providing essential services to expectant mothers, with an emphasis on addressing racial disparities in maternal health affecting Black women. Lauren holds a Master's degree in Communication from Trinity Washington University and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Hampton University.
