Alok Kumar is an experienced technology professional currently serving as an Engineering Team Lead at ZopSmart since December 2022. Prior to this role, Alok held the position of Senior Technical Lead at PTC from November 2016 to December 2022 and worked as a Senior Software Analyst at Neemtech from May 2014 to November 2016. Earlier in the career, Alok was a Software Engineer at AmSoft Systems from February 2012 to April 2014 and began the professional journey as a Software Engineer at NIIT Limited from January 2011 to January 2012. Alok Kumar holds a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) in Computer Science from Punjab Technical University, completed between 2009 and 2011, and has a foundational education from R.S.H.S. from 1990 to 2003.
