Alexander Lybarger is a professional with extensive experience in advanced mobility and technical program management. Currently serving as Manager of City Entry & Expansion at Zoox since May 2021, Alexander transitioned from overseeing Vehicle & Site Operations to managing Service & Operations Readiness Programs in early 2023. Previously, as Senior Technical Program Manager at Transportation Research Center Inc. from June 2018 to May 2021, Alexander managed various departments focused on advanced mobility, emphasizing sustainability and operational efficiency while fostering client relationships for business growth. Early career roles include Systems Engineer in Electronic Warfare for the United States Air Force, Systems Engineer for driving automation systems at Honda R&D, and an internship at General Motors focusing on hybrid-electric vehicle testing. Alexander holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from The Ohio State University.
