Devon Kopp is an experienced animal care professional currently serving as the Associate Curator of Primates at ZooTampa at Lowry Park since May 2023. Prior to this role, Devon was the Lead Keeper of Primates and Small Mammals at Philadelphia Zoo from July 2022 to May 2023 and held various positions at ZooTampa, including Senior Animal Care Professional and Animal Care Professional on the Primate Team. Devon's earlier experiences include serving as an Animal Ambassador Trainer at Tampa's Lowry Park Zoo and a Zoo Keeper at Santa Fe College Teaching Zoo. With educational credentials including an Associate of Science in Zoo Animal Technology from Santa Fe College and a Bachelorā€™s degree in Marketing from Johnson & Wales University, Devon combines expertise in zoology with a strong background in marketing and management from previous roles in real estate and retail.
