Mr. Marmet graduated from the University of Ottawa with a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce in Marketing and Finance. In 1980, he co-founded “Les Ordinateurs Hypocrat Inc.”, for which he acted as Vice-President of Finance until 1995. Hypocrat specialized in the development of software for the health market; hospitals, pharmacies, and medical and dental clinics. Hypocrat’s securities were traded on the Montreal Stock Exchange in 1985. Hypocrat concluded more than 15 important acquisitions in 15 years of activities. Hypocrat had up to 68% of this market in Quebec and had up to 250 employees in Canada. In 1995, Hypocrat was sold to Fox Meyer Health Corporation, a corporation that specialized in wholesale drug distribution, through a takeover bid and is now called “Médisolutions Inc.” traded on the TSX. Following this period, he founded Kiddo Technologies Inc. an electronic children’s toy company.
