Karissa Rulander has held a variety of roles since 2020. In 2020, they were the Founder of Karissa's Soccer Academy and a Chiropractic Assistant at Ennis Chiropractic. In 2021, they were a Team Lead - Sales Development Representative and a Sales Development Representative at Phreesia. In 2022, they became a Lead Sales Development Representative at Zoomforth. In this role, they were responsible for developing relationships and creating new sales opportunities. Karissa was also a valuable team resource, supporting a variety of team functions including training, strategy, and individual development.

Karissa Rulander attended Texas A&M University-Commerce from 2018 to 2019, where they studied Psychology. Karissa then transferred to the University of Houston, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology in 2021.
