Alice Pisman is a Technical Project Manager at Zoomd Technologies since March 2022, with expertise in Agile methodologies and cross-functional team management. Prior experience includes serving as R&D Support Manager at Albert: Artificial Intelligence Marketing, where Alice established a support team and managed diverse projects, and as Tier 4 Support Team Leader at FLIR Systems, overseeing the Tier 4 support team and enforcing processes. Earlier roles include Tier 4 Support Engineer and Performance Test Engineer at DVTEL, where Alice provided technical support and quality assurance for video management systems. Alice began the career as a QA Engineer at T-Mobile, performing functional tests on web applications. Alice holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems Engineering from Ben-Gurion University and is currently pursuing further education at Holon Institute of Technology.
