Lindsey Hill has a long and varied work experience. Lindsey began their career in 1999 as a 3-5th grade teacher and Computer Technology Leader at Brownsburg Community School Corporation. In 2008, they became an Independent Consultant for edHelper, where they edited picture books, spelling and math activities, and brain teasers for all elementary age groups. In 2012, they became an Independent Consultant for Evanced Games, where they created a list of over 1,000 phonetic words for the Froggy Phonics App and game tested the beta version of Tha's Baloney App with their third grade class. In 2013, they became an E-Learning Engagement and UX Innovation for Evanced Solutions, a DEMCO Company. Here, they were responsible for problem validation through in-depth interviews, lean UX experiments, and leading pilot programs with stakeholders. In 2016, they took on two roles, Director of Library Sales and Educator-in-Residence, Client Success Manager for Zoobean, as well as Social Media Manager for B2Experience.
Lindsey Hill attended Brownsburg High School from 1994-1995. Lindsey then went on to Purdue University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Elementary Education and Technology in 1999. In 2004, they earned a Master of Science (M.S.) in Educational/Instructional Technology from Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis. In 2014, Hill obtained an Active Indiana Elementary Teaching License from the Department of Education.
