Elizabeth Ross has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2009 when they served as an Assistant Women's Basketball Coach at Williams College. In 2010, they worked as a Sales Associate at Under Armour. In 2011, they held the position of Customer Service Representative at Fit2Win Sportswear. From 2012 to 2015, they were the Owner-Operator of Charm City Pedal Mill. During that same time period, they also worked as an Account Manager and Customer Success Manager at Everseat. In 2017, they were an Elementary ESL Homeroom Teacher at St. Joseph Thiphawan School and an Online ESL Teacher at VIPKid. Finally, from 2019 to the present, they have held the roles of School Success Manager and Senior School Success Manager at Zoobean.
Elizabeth Ross completed their B.A. in Health and Physical Education from Gettysburg College between 2001 and 2005. In 2007 and 2008, they earned their M.S. in Exercise Science and Physical Education from McDaniel College. In 2017, Elizabeth obtained a 120-hour TEFL/TESOL Certificate in Teaching English as a Second or Foreign Language/ESL Language Instructor from Samui TEFL. In 2022, they completed a Leadership Principles program from Harvard Business School Online. Additionally, Elizabeth has obtained three certifications from Pulse Academy by Gainsight: Customer Success Leader Certified Professional in September 2022, Advanced Customer Success Manager Certified Professional in January 2022, and Customer Success Manager Certified Professional in January 2022.
