Brett Ekins is an experienced attorney specializing in Intellectual Property and Commercial Litigation. Currently serving as Associate Company Counsel at Zonos since July 2021, Brett has held significant roles as a Shareholder at both Kirton McConkie (February 2019 - July 2021) and Jones Waldo (August 2006 - February 2019). Previous positions include Associate at Santoro, Driggs, Walch, Kearney, Johnson & Thompson (2004 - 2006) and at Morrison and Forester (2000 - 2004), as well as at Latham & Watkins (1997 - 1999).
