Antonia Smith is an accomplished R&D Manager at DuPont since October 2020, responsible for formulating R&D plans in chemical engineering and managing multiple projects from planning to quality management. Prior to this role, Antonia served as a Chemical Engineering Specialist at Dow from November 2012 to September 2020, focusing on designing chemical processes and improving production efficiency. Antonia's career began with positions as a Chemical Engineer Assistant and a Laboratory Intern, gaining in-depth experience in experimental design and technical support. Antonia holds an M.S. in Chemistry and Chemical Engineering from Penn State University and a B.S. in Chemistry from Stony Brook University.
