Rajeev Bhadani is an experienced culinary professional with a diverse background in kitchen operations and menu development. Currently serving in Culinary Excellence at Zomato since August 2022, Rajeev also holds the position of Regional Head Chef at Absolute Barbecues India since December 2020. Previous roles include Cluster Head Chef Operations and Head Chef Operation/NSO at Cure.Fit from July 2017 to October 2020, where responsibilities included creating new recipes and training kitchen teams. Earlier experience includes Head of Operations at Zzungry.com, where Rajeev managed multiple kitchens in Bangalore, and a Chef position at Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces, assisting in menu planning and recipe standardization. Rajeev holds a BSc in Hotel and Hospitality from the Institute of Hotel Management and Applied Nutrition, Mumbai, completed in 2010.
