Vishnu Jayakumar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and business development. Currently serving as the Global Lead of Customer Success at Zoho Corporation since February 2020, Vishnu heads a global team focused on enhancing customer experiences across various stages of the customer journey. Previously, Vishnu held the position of Customer Success Manager for the Americas at Zoho, aiding newly onboarded customers in product adoption. Prior to Zoho, Vishnu worked as the Manager of Business Development for North American Key Accounts at Tracxn, and as a Marketing Executive at Puyvast Maritime India Pvt Ltd. Vishnu began a career as an Engineer at Peenya Industrial Gases Pvt Ltd. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Marketing and Supply Chain Management from IBS Hyderabad, and a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from Sathyabama University.
