Ashish Ban A has work experience as a Full Stack Developer in various companies. In 2019, they worked at humblx, where they developed screens for a React Native Android App and integrated Firebase backend with the app. Ashish then worked at Privilege Technology Ltd., where they were involved in developing a multivendor application called Pickon and a React Native app called Sahayi. Ashish also worked on managing location access in React Native. In the same year, they worked on a CRM application, developing various pages using React.js and Ant Design. In 2021, they joined Knowit Education and integrated Firebase Authentication with a React Native application and a Next.js based dashboard. Ashish also designed and developed a PostgreSQL database with Role-Based Access Control (RBAC). In 2022, they joined EdifyTalent Oy and then ZoftSolutions Pvt Ltd as a Full Stack Developer.

Ashish Ban A pursued their undergraduate education in Computer Science at Mahatma Gandhi University from 2016 to 2019. Ashish obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) degree during this period.
