Jordan Eder is a skilled bovine immunologist and immunometabolist currently serving as a Principal Scientist at Zoetis since January 2020, previously holding the position of Senior Scientist. Jordan's academic journey culminated in a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Immunobiology and Cellular Metabolism from Iowa State University, where research was pursued from August 2012 to June 2019. Prior experience includes functioning as a Graduate Research Assistant at Iowa State University and as a Student Worker at the Pre-Harvest Food Safety Lab at Kansas State University, focusing on ruminant nutrition research. Early in the career, Jordan worked as a Lab Assistant specializing in microbiology and bacteriology at Seward County Community College. Additionally, a Bachelor's of Science in Microbiology with a General Animal Science Minor was earned from Kansas State University between 2010 and 2012.
