Damon DeLapotaire has extensive experience in the restaurant industry, currently serving as the General Manager at Zoes Kitchen since September 2019 and as the Owner of Southern Classic Blinds, Shades & Shutters since January 2019. Previous roles include General Manager at Willy's Mexicana Grill from August 2018 to August 2019 and Director of Operations at Tin Lizzy's Cantina from October 2014 to July 2018, where responsibilities included managing a 12-restaurant "FlexMex" concept. Additionally, Damon held various managerial positions at Brinker International from September 2004 to August 2014, including Area Manager and Managing Partner, overseeing all operations of a Certified Training Restaurant and a Mediterranean Italian concept. Damon holds a degree from the University of Maryland, where attendance spanned from 1986 to 1989.
