Robertnik Torres has over 15 years of work experience in various roles. From 2002 to 2003, they held the position of Key Accounts Specialist at McKenzie Distribution Co., Inc., where they were responsible for sales, marketing, and merchandising of product lines in general trade and key accounts in GMA and South Luzon territories. From 2003 to 2007, they worked as a Regional Sales and Merchandising Coordinator at Nada Dairy Co. In 2007, they became the Operations & QA Supervisor at Debt Reduction Law Center, where they provided information and resources on debt reduction, settlement, debt negotiation, loan modification, bankruptcy, and foreclosure. From 2008 to 2009, they were the S.A. Manager at DuPont Sustainable Solutions. From 2011 to 2012, they were the Head of Sales at OnSale.com. From 2012 to 2013, they were the Operations Manager at Transworld Systems Inc. From 2017 to 2018, they were the Country & Sr. Sales Manager and General Manager at Zoek Marketing. Lastly, from 2017 to 2018, they were the Manager- Operations, HR, Administration and Facilities at ONE Contact Center Philippines.

Robertnik Torres obtained a Bachelor in Commercial Science with a field of study in Banking and Finance from Jose Rizal University between 1993 and 1997. In 2014, they obtained a Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) certification from Expert Global Solutions (now Alorica). In 2021, they obtained a Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB) certification from SSGI.
