Dr. Federica Amati is an accomplished nutrition scientist and communication expert, currently serving as Head Nutritionist and Global Head of Communications at ZOE since May 2021. In addition to this role, Dr. Amati is a Visiting Research Fellow at King's College London's Department of Twin Research & Genetic Epidemiology and has held key positions at Imperial College London, including Nutrition Topic Lead. Other significant roles include Head of Nutrition Science at WellFounded Health, Assistant Director at NNEdPro Global Institute for Food, Nutrition and Health, and Director at AND AMATI LIMITED, a consultancy specializing in science communications. Dr. Amati has a robust academic foundation, with a PhD in Clinical Medicine Research from Imperial College London and a Master's in Nutrition for Global Health from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine.
