Kalin Radev has a strong background in the maritime industry, with extensive experience in various roles as a Chief Engineer. kalin started their career in 2006 with Exmar, where they served as a 2nd Engineer and later as a Chief Engineer. From 2009 to 2011, they worked for Euronav as a Chief Engineer before joining Thome Group in 2011 as a Chief Engineer. In 2014, they joined EURONAV Ship Management LTD as a Chief Engineer and remained with the company until 2017. kalin then worked for THENAMARIS from 2017 to 2018 and Thenamaris LNG from 2018 to 2020, both as a Chief Engineer. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Engineer on VLGC - Tier III at Zodiac Maritime, a role they have been in since 2021.

Kalin Radev obtained their Master's degree from Technical University Varna between 1991 and 1996.
