Mathias Trusela is a transformative leader in the Customer Experience field, currently serving as Senior Director at Zocdoc since June 2015. Known for strategic acumen and operational excellence, Mathias has successfully managed critical operations, optimizing roles and enhancing team development. Prior to Zocdoc, Mathias held various leadership positions at Target, where significant turnarounds were achieved in high-complexity store environments, and at Apple, where early recognition as a top performer led to a promotion to Team Trainer. Mathias holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Finance from Arizona State University and an Associate's degree in Business Administration from Paradise Valley Community College.
