Jochum van der Heide currently serves as the Head of Information Technology at ZOA, where responsibilities include leading the IT team, developing IT policies, and coordinating various digital initiatives. Previously, Jochum was the Information Technology Manager for the Africa Region at Open Doors International, focusing on digital transformation, IT standards, and building support teams across Sub-Sahara countries. Jochum also held roles as IT Change Manager, overseeing departmental changes following an external audit, and Manager Infra & Security, leading system administrators in project management and infrastructure improvements.
