Erica Connor currently serves as Vice President and General Manager of ZO Skin Centres® at ZO Skin Health, Inc., a position held since December 2019. Concurrently, Erica has been a Director of Retail and Performance Management Consultant at EAC Consultants since July 2018. Prior to these roles, Erica was the Director of Retail Operations at Dermalogica from July 2010 to June 2018. Erica's career began at Bluemercury, where responsibilities included serving as Regional Manager and Store Manager from June 2005 to January 2010. Erica holds a B.A. in Communications from Temple University and has also attended West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
