Currently serving as President of ZMOT Auto, a Cardinale-Group company since December 2013, Robert specializes in consumer analytics, strategic planning, and cross-department efficiency tracking. Previously, Robert held positions as Chief Investment Officer and Chief Performance Officer within the Cardinale Holdings Group and Cardinale Automotive Group respectively, contributing to significant industry recognition including multiple placements in the Wards Auto eDealer awards. Robert’s career also includes leadership roles in sales and marketing at the Monterey Herald and Santa Cruz Sentinel, as well as managerial positions at Gannett, Register Pajaronian, and Brehm Communications, showcasing a strong track record in revenue growth and digital transformation.
