Felicity Austin is an experienced marketing professional with a background in brand management and shopper marketing. Currently serving as the Out of Restaurant Brand Manager at Zizzi Restaurants since January 2023, Felicity previously held positions at Ferrero, including Assistant Brand Manager for Thorntons and Shopper Marketing Executive, contributing to brand strategies from October 2019 to January 2023. Felicity's career began with an internship in shopper marketing at Ferrero and included roles as a Multi-Activity Instructor at Super Camps, a Retail Assistant at IMG, and a Team Member at Waitrose. Felicity holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Management from the University of Bath, completed in 2019, and attended Rosebery School from 2008 to 2015.
