Nola E. Masterson is the current Director at ZIVO Bioscience. Masterson has an extensive background in the biotech industry, having served as CEO of Sequenom, Chairwoman of the California Life Science Institute, and Chair of the Board of Directors for both Prime Genomics and Repros Therapeutics Inc. In addition to their work in the private sector, Masterson has also been an Adjunct Professor at the University of San Francisco and a Managing Director for Science Futures Management Co. LLC.

Nola E. Masterson has a MSc from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) from Fordham University.
